Sample Collection for Validation and Evaluation of DxSeq_HIV

Study Objective

The objective is to evaluate the diagnostic tests. The results obtained from this study will help to develop new diagnostic blood tests so that targeted treatment options could be offered to patients in the future.

Participation conditions

Inclusion criteria

Group HIV-1 :
• Patient inform consent signed
• Patient age ≥ 18 years old (or legal age if greater than 18)
• HIV-1 positive patients at drug therapy failure with viral load ≥ 1000 cp/mL before therapy switch
• HIV-1 infected patients at initial presentation before initial drug therapy with viral load ≥ 1000 cp/ml

Group Control:
• Patient inform consent signed
• Patient age ≥ 18 years old (or legal age if greater than 18)
• Patient has one of these infections : HIV-2, HBV, HCV, CMV, EBV, with high viral load
