The Clinical and Epidemiological Investigation Center (CIEC) welcomed a new member: Rita Da Rocha Oliveira, who joined the team on June 1st 2022 as a Clinical Research Associate.
Rita studied Biochemistry at the University of Coimbra, Portugal, and she has a master degree in Neurobiology (Porto-Portugal). After her studies, she decided to come to Luxembourg to have her first work-experience in a multicultural country and environment. In her previous job at Fast-Track Diagnostics – a Siemens Healthineers company, she was involved in the planning, organization, and conduct of clinical evaluation performance studies, to develop and validate in vitro diagnostic tests, together with clinical affairs team members.
She is a very resilient and positive person, always looking to the bright side of life. In addition to that, she loves to do hiking, to do yoga and to read in her free time.
